1. Less wear and tear

Wear and tear of hoses and cables is mainly caused by mechanical damage. Left on the floor they are likely to be run over by fork lifts. Further damage can be caused by pallets, off-cuts and debris in general being dropped on them.

2. Increased efficiency

Retractable reels save time. Light-weight tools may be left hanging from the hose or the cable and are easily reached when needed. 3. Easier cleaning
It is much harder to keep a workplace clean when the floor is covered with tangled hoses and cables. With retractable reels the floors are kept clear and uncluttered.

3. Less risk of accidents

Statistics show that tripping is the most frequent cause of accidents in industry - ten times more than caused by electricity. Hoses and cables tangled on the floor are safety hazards, and very often the cause of personal injury.

4. Better working environment

Investments in improving the working environment usually pay for themselves many times over. Retractable reels, balancers and curtain hangers are all products that contribute to a safe working environment, where accidents and repetitive strain injuries are reduced to a minimum.
