Universal Clarifier

The Nederman Universal Clarifier continuously removes and solid particles from water based emulsions and other light viscosity liquids. Reliably finished to the highest quality using two pack epoxy resin paints Standard designs available in mild steel or in stainless steel Suitable for milling, grinding, honing, metal rolling and component washing

The filter medium stored on a reel, is automatically metered only as required. The filter fabric is spread across a chain conveyor, which is shaped to form a bowl. Contaminated liquid flows into the bowl. Solid particles are retained on the fabric and clean liquid filters through to the tank. When the flow of liquid is reduced by the build up of collected solids the level of liquid in the ’bowl’ will rise, starting the conveyor drive motor. The conveyor transports used filter medium into the sludge bin and draws fresh fabric from the reel. The liquid level falls as liquid now passes through the new fabric and the conveyor stops.
