Centrifuge Clarifier

The cost effective, proven design of the Centrifuge Clarifier from Nederman extends tool life, extends coolant life and is suitable for continuous use with both emulsion and neat oil. Suitable for Grinding, Honing, Superfinishing and other fine finish applications. Unique triple bowl design 12 litre dirt holding capacity Standard supplied complete with pumps and electrics.

Contaminated liquid is delivered by a pump to three concentric bowls rotating at 750 rpm. The liquid moves to the walls of each bowl,where solid particles settle. The cleaned liquid exits from the top of each bowl and flows to the clean tank. The bowls can collect a total of 12 litres of solids before cleaning is required. A Magnadrum prefilter is often used to extend the time between cleaning. A single hand nut secures the bowls, which lift out separately for cleaning. An electrical interlock ensures that the bowl chamber cannot be opened unless the bowls are stationary. The Centrifuge, robustly constructed in mild steel is supplied complete with tanks, pumps and controls.
