The purpose of the auto-start is to create a direct link between the engine operation and the exhaust fan operation. The transmitter is wired directly into the vehicle ignition system so that each time the vehicle is started the exhaust system will be started also. The control system is FCC approved and will not interfere with radio communications in the fire station.
